Each garage is metered individually.
WHO PAYS TAXES?
Each garage owner will pay taxes on their own building, plus 1/40th of the eight acre development.
DO I HAVE 24/7 ACCESS TO MY GARAGE? YES!
HOW MUCH ARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION DUES?
Each garage owner will pay a nominal fee (est. $300) to the Association to cover liability insurance and grounds maintenance. The fee is currently being waived as the developers will cover these expenses.
WHAT DOES THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION DO?
The Association operates as an organization with officers and voting members according to the state mandated by-laws. Each garage owner gets 1 vote in any decision members choose to make.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON PURCHASE A GARAGE?
Yes, as many as you would like, sharing as it suits your needs.
IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?
YES! The 30’x60’ garages have been appraised for $49,500. Most lenders will be able to finance your garage.
WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?
The buildings are constructed of high quality commercial grade steel and doors. Each building is very well lit with two dusk to dawn exterior lights. You may install a personal security system within your building.
HOW LONG DOES CONSTRUCTION TAKE?
Weather permitting, 3-4 weeks.
